“There are many projects based around ambient piano or similar atmospheres but Dissangue has a different edge, at least for me. There's an overwhelming sense of stillness. A disturbed stillness. Something that would like to be still but it's inevitably disturbed. There are touching melodies here but there's no time to be carried away as statics, noises, electrical wires and what's not are an impending disturbance. Dissangue it's harshness of the heart.”
